Muscle pain
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Welcome.
This is Dr Sameer, Cardiologist.
Chest pain occurring after sneezing or due to change in posture is mostly muscular.
After we sneeze or change position in certain ways, muscles of chest contract & can sometimes cause pain.
Cardiac pain occurs on exertion or stress and gets relieved at rest. It does not increase or decrease after sneezing or change in posture.
Treatment for you will be a pain killer with muscle relaxant and you will be fine.
If you want to get your cardiac evaluation for future risk of cardiac disease, I'll recommend you for a test called Stress Echo which is wonderful test to rule out future risk of cardiac diseases.
Thanks
Take care
