Detailed Answer:
hello,
Chest pain can occur due to multiple causes and it's not always suggestive of Heart attack. A fib patients intermittently may get chest pains. Had it been confirmed by investigations like ecg, echo or stress test. So if yes then you need angiography and if not confirmed then need investigations like echo, stress test like stress thallium etc.
Get back if you have any doubts.
