Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Most of the symptoms you have mentioned are suggestive of acid reflux disease and dyspepsia.
You can take medications like Nexpro-L once a day for 4 weeks.
Avoid coffee, citrus, tomatoes, spicy/masala food, smoking and alcohol.
Avoid large meals and eat multiple smaller meals. Go to bed at least 2-3 hours after food.
You have also mentioned that if you touch, you can feel the pain. That is not a symptom of the above mentioned diseases. You can take paracetamol for relief. If it persists, then you need to visit your doctor for a clinical examination and other tests.
I hope that answers your question.
Let me know if I can assist you further.

Dr.R.K
