Top of my chest is tender when i touch it i get pain when i press or move i get pain.
Sometimes standing normal i might get pain

1.Since when you are having this problem?
2.Do you have Diabetes or thyroid problem?
3.Do you have inability to sleep or loss of appetite?

I have studied your case.I think it is most probably a muscle pull. I would suggest you following.
1.Hot water fomentation.
2.Volini gel local application.
3.Tablet Myoril or Myospaz can be taken.

Ok is it heart related?
A month ago i just had a full body check up i paid for in that they did a heart ECG, Stress Test and Echo all were perfect.
