Question : Hi. I have been having stomach problems for the last year or so. last week i had chest burning but that started after working out two days in a row. the stomach problems im not sure if thats associated with the chest burning or not. my doctor did an ekg, chest xrays and blood work and all were fine. for the last couple of days ive had a fullness in my stomach, bloating, belching and cant sleep at night. what else could it be?

I understand your concern.
There is very high probability that you are suffering from Acid Peptic Disease.
I would advise you following:
1. A combination of Pantoprazole and Domperidone once a day.
2. Soft, bland diet.
3. No smoking and alcohol in case you do.
4. Frequent , small meals instead of 3 large meals.
5. Syrup Digene two teaspoon full thrice a day.
Follow these for 7 days and write back to me.
