Brief Answer:
Workout can contribute to the stiffness, not the chills

Detailed Answer:

Hi,

The workout would contribute to muscle pain and stiffness but would not usually cause chills.

The injection/vaccine can cause muscle pain, fever, shivering or chills along with some other side effects such as headache or GI/stomach upset.

In most people, the vaccine-related side effects resolve on their own in 2 to 4 days but if severe you can use a medication such as ibuprofen to help.

Hope I have answered your query.
