Brief Answer:
Needs medications switch

Detailed Answer:
Thank you for asking

I read your question and i understand your concern. Dizziness, low potassium and shoulder pain and muscle spasm is common with use of hydrochlorothiazide and should be replaced with better antihypertensives. Talk to your doctor and let them decide from other better options like Angiotensin receptor blockers, ACE inhibitors, calcium channel blockers etc. Take some antivert for dizziness now and some tylenol for muscle pain. Stay hydrated and hope for the best.

I hope it helps. Take good care of yourself and dont forget to close the discussion please.
