What Causes Chills And Nausea?

Question: hi,
yesterday night at 2 am, I felt extremely cold and had to wear a sweater and jacket and take a quilt on top to sleep as I was shivering badly. also nauseated. today since morning I am OK not feeling cold but still feel nauseated when I have anything. do I need to worry, or any recommendation.

This might be because of stomach upset.
In case you develop any fever write to us again.
For current problems I advise a combination of Pantoprazole and Domperidone once a day for 3 days. This would get normal.
