Brief Answer:
Consult a Doctor and follow the advise.

Detailed Answer:
Hi.
Thanks for your query and an elucidate history.

To recapitulate: Male/*60 - frequency of urination, chills, dry heaves and sweating are to be taken as severe urinary tract infection unless proved otherwise.

I I would advise you the following:
First of all to send the sample of urine for tests of routine, microscopy, culture and sensitivity *before starting any antibiotic. This is to get proper results; also to send the blood for tests.
Ultrasonography of the abdomen.
Clinical evaluation, examination by your Doctor and to get started with proper antibiotic, and supportive medicines (need a valid prescription).
Take plenty of water orally.

Laxative, loose stool may not be related to the present problem.

I hope this answer helps you to get a proper diagnosis, and get a proper further treatment. Please feel free to ask for more or if you need further clarifications or if you feel there is a gap of communication.
