Brief Answer:
Symptoms of viral infection....

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

I understand your concerns.

1. Bouts of aching, severe chills and low grade fever are signs of possible viral infection. Usually, Tylenol will help relieve the symptoms. I'm glad to know they are working for you too.

2. If you are having such symptoms more often, means your immune system is weaker. Should help it get stronger by eating healthy foods, taking multivitamin supplements, keeping well hydrated and breathing fresh air.

3. Bloating and abdominal pain when having the bouts recently are indicating that the viral infection is not only affecting your general health but your GI tract.

However, gallbladder and bowel problems should be ruled out through:
- abdominal ultrasound
- stool examination for ova/parasites
- liver function panel

Can discuss this further with your doctor to get tested.
All the best!
