Question : Since yesterday I have had chills with no fever, and severe pain in my legs and arms, really all of my muscles. Im naseaus and tired.

Probably viral infection, rest, lots of fluid and pain medication advisable

Detailed Answer:
Dear Patient,

your symptoms may indicate signs of a viral infection such as cold or stomach flu. This will cure itself usually within a week. In a case like this it is advisable to rest, take in enough fluid, if necessary taking pain medication such as ibuprofene (after checking with local doc if ok).

The medications you have taken so far are usually ok in this case. You should feel better in 2-3 days.
