Question : My son is going to be 16, He seems to burp more than before. 3 /4 hours after dinner(from a eat out place), sometimes after playing. Should he be tested for acid reflux or chrohns

Yes he should be investigated for acid reflux

Is he obese ?
Is he under stress ?
What is his diet pattern ?
Any history of tobacco, Smoking or alcohol ?

In the mean time give him some antacid and Tab Domperidone 10mg twice a day

Crohns is an inflammatory bowel disease, we should rule out common illness first ?
