Brief Answer:
get a colonoscopy

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Welcome to HealthcareMagic.

Chronic constipation not resolving with laxatives at your age should be properly evaluated by a colonoscopy. So I would suggest that you start on a high fiber diet and take an appointment for colonoscopy and get it done.

As you are not having any symptoms and are feeling fine, I guess the bowel movements should improve with a high fiber diet. You may also add a gastrokinetic drug like levosulpride 25 mg twice a day to enhance the bowel movements.

Hope I have been helpful.

Yes levosulpride is a prescription drug, and for that you need to see your local doctor.
