Detailed Answer:
Thanks for asking on HealthcareMagic.
I have carefully gone through your problems. As you acknowledge, you are suffering from multiple ailments. The first and foremost (as of now) is a viral infection. Usually there are no changes in a blood investigation if you are suffering from a viral common cold. It can manifest with fever, feverishness, bodyache and a sense of extreme tiredness.
The next thing to keep in consideration is your hypothyroidism. Thyroid is a gland controlling the metabolism of our body. In hypothyroidism, the metabolism gets depressed and hence can manifest with chronic fatigue. I wonder if it is adequately controlled. Please get a thyroid profile done (while still on the regular medication).
The sleep medication and the depression could also have a role to play regarding your symptoms. Dose modification might be required.
The proteins in our body are synthesized based on what we eat, although the liver too has a role to play. You need dietary modification along with Vitamin D and calcium supplementation, and this could also have a direct correlation to your symptoms.
Hope that helps.
