Question : I am a diabetic Person . I passed the urine after 15 mins consequently and I feel my is warm like I feel fever. Whenever I can take antibiotic and panadol tablet I feel little bit better but this problem is from last 4 years. My sugar HbAIC is 6.5 and prostate size is 25-30 grams. I feel internally infection.

Please do a urine routine, blood routine, urine culture, C reactive protein and ultrasound abdomen. This will confirm if you have any internal infection.
Your sugars are well controlled and prostate size is ok. Please check if you have residual urine - by ultrasound examination.
