Question : I been seeing an older man recently we haven't been sexually active were in a long distance relationship. he's 49 Ian 27. he recently send me a video of him masturbating and I find his penis to be alittle odd looking not sure if it's age thing or what. I have pictures that I screen shorted some.pics and would like an opinion if he's being honest. he has a bump that's noticeable on tip of penis but says it's been there since he can remember his whole life and his skin underforskib looks odd to me. should I be worried???

Thanks for query ,Based on the photograph that you have uploaded i would state that bump that is seen at the tip of the penis is a chronic granuloma which could develop as a result of chronic infection ,

The rest of the foreskin is due to puckered scar tissue after circumcision .

All these are not going to affect your sexual life and there is nothing to be worried.
