Brief Answer:
Treatment is with antibiotics and anti allergy medicine after clinical exam

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thanks for writing in to us.

The MRI scan of your brain is normal but there are small polyps and mucosal thickening in the right maxillary sinus.

The maxillary sinus is a space which contains air. Due to infection and inflammation it can develop mucosal thickening and polyps and that is what has happened to you and this is probably causing your headaches.

Treatment depends on the severity of the problem after clinical examination. Please consult an ENT doctor and discuss the MRI scan findings and symptoms in detail. Treatment for acute sinus infection is a short course of antibiotics and anti allergy medicines. Please avoid pollution and smoke.

Hope your query is answered.
Please do write back if you have any doubts.
