Question : Hi i am a 56 year old male. I was a heavy drinker but gave it up completely 1 year and 4 months ago. i exercise regularly and am in generally good health. My issue is i have chronic itching over a large part of my body. This has been going on for about 2 years. hot water heavy physical exercise where i get a good sweet up and tight fitting clothes seem to make this worse. i have been diagnosed with hyperactive immune system. I was given a bunch of cremes and allergy meds which do not really do much. If it means anything my nipples are always errect since this itching has started. Any Ideas?

Is it associated with redness even when not scratched ?
