Question : yes , I am a 46 year old female and i have had gastric bypass enroux surgery in "07. weighing then at 375 lbs.
family history of chf copd diabetes. In '13 gave birth to my son naturally, no heallth issues except when they went to perform the tubal liagation, they caused a laceration to my bowel causing a massive hernia. The hernia repair was done with mesh; the mesh became infected after 11 months of using a wound vac the "old school" hernia repair was sucessful. Two years ago i had one severe episode of massive coffee ground emisis no doctor no consult, went on my way. ever since then ive had occasional flar ups where id do this and be done as if it were flu. Now, me working in the nursing field for 36 plus years began to pay attention. My suspicions were that i may have an ulcer so i monitiored spicey foods and yadda yadda yadda.
6 weeks ago i weighed 161 lbs and began my nightmare. i went to the er because i could not stop vomiting. they performed a scope and removed a large piece of celery from the bypass pouch. Two days later and still vomiting, they released me comforting me that it would subside in time. A week ago i had more of these emisis episodes followed this time by dizzy spells. high pulse rate and non stop vomiting. Again had entererd the hospital gi scope lower gi scope and a swallow barriumn performed. Docotors and surgeoons all puzzled discharched and consult with gi specialist pending. Id like to be proactive as this is my health. I need a comprehendable hypothesis as to what may be the cause to the ongoing vomiting and misery i have each and every weakened day. I am desprately concerned because my weight to date is 119 lbs. HELP1

Brief Answer:
Most likely ongoing infection in intestines:

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for query.
See all symptoms are more or less related to each other.

Nausea and vomiting cause the body to lose a lot of essential electrolytes like sodium and potassium. This causes dehydration which results in increased heart rate and pulse rate.Whenever the body is dehydrated or there is a loss of fluid from the body it responds with tachycardia.

As per the history was given by you, celery was there. See whenever food stagnates anywhere in the body it is acted upon by a number of toxic bacteria and fungus which causes the production of a large number of toxins. This toxin causes severe and recurrent nausea vomiting fatigue malaise lassitude etc.Vomiting is used as a weapon by our body to throw out these toxins.

Suggestion,
Taking a broad spectrum antibiotic (eg. Ciprofloxacin) for 5 days, as this would destroy the bacterium and toxins in the intestines.

Please get a stool test done to see the cause of infection whether bacterial or protozoal or mixed.

For symptomatic relief, an anti-emetic like Ondansetron (Emeset) can also be taken on as and when required basis.

Let me know if I can assist you further.

Thanks.
