Question : I have chronic pain I my lower abdomen just above my penis.

Such pain can be caused by several reasons including bladder infection, inguinal hernia, chronic prostate inflammation, varices of spermatic cord.

I suggest you to consult urologist at first. PSA level, prostate examination, urine analysis and testis ultrasound should be done. For hernia diagnostic groin ultrasound is necessary.
