Question : I have chronic pain I my lower abdomen just above my penis.
Brief Answer:
Please consult urologist.
Detailed Answer:
Hello.
Thank you for the query.
Such pain can be caused by several reasons including bladder infection, inguinal hernia, chronic prostate inflammation, varices of spermatic cord.
I suggest you to consult urologist at first. PSA level, prostate examination, urine analysis and testis ultrasound should be done. For hernia diagnostic groin ultrasound is necessary.
Hope this helps.
Regards.
