                                    Brief Answer:
Hello dear. At your age, there is none
Detailed Answer:
Hello dear. I have gone through the query. So at your age we do not advise any screening tests. After the age of 50 yrs, once in 5 years colonoscopy is indicated.
Donot smoke, moderate alcohol, fresh fruits and vegetables regular exercises are all those you need to follow and avoid cancer.
Thanks and regards

Quick follow up question. I have a throat which has been having phlegm since 8-9 months now without any pause. The ENT doctor had seen it cursorily (without any diagnostics) some 5 months ago and didn't feel anything was malign. However, the continuous presence of this irritated throat since 8-9 months is a slight concern. Cough and cold happens lets say once in 4 months. Slightly worried about this particular state of throat since last 8-9 months and wanted to know if this could be any cancer related symptom
And yes- i don't smoke, I have very less alcohol. I am a complete vegetarian (need to increase intake of fruits) :-)
Regarding exercise, that's next on my priority list
Regards

Hello. You may require evaluation
Detailed Answer:
Hello. So chronic cough oe irritation without any risk factor dsnt look like a reason for worry. However, a clinical examination and a laryngoscopy if required will suffice. I hope you donot have any voice change or any lump.
