What Causes Circular Scabs On Penis Glans Post Oral Sex?

Question: After a rough, toothy oral sex session, i felt a little sore. 2 days later, i have tiny circular scabs on my penis glans. They were never blisters, nor did they secrete anything. I'm worried.

Oral sex carries a low risk of transmission of HIV/STD.
The picture sent by you reveals the problem as more like a teeth mark and mild inflammation, rather than a STD or Herpes infection.
It will get subside within a few days. Nothing to worry.
Get tested for STD panel and HIV screening after appropriate time and rule out both STD/HIV and you can be relived from the mental tension. Condoms for oral sex are available and will protect you in future.

Bacitracin external application is enough

You had tried already Bacitracin cream as external application. That would be sufficient, Nothing else needed. But you have to abstain from sex till it heals completely. Otherwise healing will be delayed.
