Question : SHOULD I BE CONCERNED REGARDING CLEAR AND ODORLESS DISCHARGE FROM PENIS? THIS OCCURS ONLY DURING NORMAL, NIGHT SLEEP TIME. XXXXXXX

I have gone through your query with diligence and would like you to know that I am here to help. There is nothing wrong with having a colourless, odourless penile discharge only at night and this does not indicate anything serious.

I would however still recommend an ultrasound of your prostate, a blood work to check on your PSA levels and a urine analysis. If all these tests return normal results then there is absolutely nothing to worry about.
