Question : I finished my period last Friday week and I had then had sex the Wednesday after this day last week. I have had clear discharge the last 24 hours. Could I be pregnant

Any woman who is been having unprotected intercourse is at risk for pregnancy, so if you have had unprotected sex this cycle you may have conceived.

However, symptoms of pregnancy vary widely between women, and clear vaginal discharge can appear at different times in a normal cycle for many reasons.
The most common sign of pregnancy in a woman is a missed menstrual period. So I would wait until your period is due, and then if it does not arrive you can perform a urine pregnancy test.
