What Causes Clear Nasal Discharge?

Question : One of my nostrils is leaking a clear, watery fluid-almost constantly. The other, only when I blow my nose, leaks a bloody, watery fluid. Is this a cause for concern? Do I need to see a doctor? I am 84 years old.
