I will suggest you get evaluated for this. If this has been going on for a while, then it may be suggesting that there is a problem. It may signal the onset of incontinence which could be related to the urinary or rectal system or another pocket of fluid collection that needs evaluation.

I will recommend you talk to your primary acre doctor. He would examine and begin management. If there is need for referrals, he would for sure do that.
