Question: hi im having a clear discharge from my rectum,weak tired and a low fever 100.4 for several weeks. unable to control my bladder have severe low back problems

have seen a urologist 4 times he stated it was related to my back

i read your question and i understand your concern. I agree with yoru doctor. Its the case of incontinence and back bones of vertebrae are the house for the centers that control it. Trauma to them or any infection of the spine may cause this.

There are many options available, from conservative to surgical. Biofeedback, sphincter control exercises , perineal wall physiotherapy exercises and pharmacotherapeutic help is mostly helpful. Surgical intervention is needed sometimes if former options fail.

Stay in touch with yoru urologist and let them help you with this incontinence. I am sure it will be controlled .
