Brief Answer:
this seems like bruxism...

Detailed Answer:
Hello and thanks for writng in.

Bruxism is a habit in which patient clenches and grinds their teeth. It is mainly due some kind of stress.
Malocclusion can also cause bruxism.

Bruxism can cause pain in jaws and sensitivity of teeth.

Best way is to treat the cause. You should see a doctor, a dentist perhaps to analyse and understand the cause. Until then it is advisable to use protective night guards. Your local doctor will know about it. Some muscle relaxant and anti anxiety drugs are also given.

I would advice you to live a stress free life and visit a dentist for nightguard.
