Question : Hi,
My clitoris is abnomally big, sometimes it is painful and itchy. What can I do to bring it back to its normal state. I am worried.

The big size of clitoris is due to hypertrophy. This can reduce on its own after sometime to some extent only. If it is big since puberty then only surgical resection can help you. The presence of itching and pain is suggestive of infection or inflammation in the area. This needs a proper treatment after a vaginal swab culture. Using a steroid based antifungal cream can help.
