Brief Answer:
Eczema unlikely; but a few causes and initial treatment listed ma'am

Detailed Answer:
Hello ma'am and welcome.

Thank you for writing to us.

I have gone through your query with diligence and would like you to know that I am here to help. This doesn't look like eczema ma'am, but from the description and the given image, the condition could be anything from dermatitis, to herpes, to exposure to poison ivy, etc.

But for now I would recommend the following:

+Use an over-the-counter hydrocortisone cream applied to the region twice a day

+Use an anti-histamine (e.g. pheniramine, cetrizine, benadryl, etc.)

If you feel an improvement then this could have just been dermatitis from something you may have come in contact with, but if at all you do not experience an improvement in about 7-10 days time, then you will have to get a few investigations conducted like a complete blood profile, check on herpes, ESR, CRP, STD-panel, eosinophils, etc.

I hope you find my response both helpful and informative. Please feel free to write back to me for any further clarifications, I would be more than happy to help.

Best wishes.

Yes it should, not as well, but you can try it for now :)

Hello once again ma'am.

Yes, cortisone should do the job too, but the topical applicant form not oral tablets.

Keep me updated. :)
