What Causes Cobweb Like Feeling On Face And Hands?

Question: i am 32 years male. since last 3-4 days, i have been experiencing a strange sensation across my face. The sensation is very similar to the one you feel if you were to walk through a cobweb. it happens irrespective of my location, whether at home or work or driving. it makes me literally reach out to my face and swipe accross as if to get rid of the cobweb. at times i also feel the sensation on my hands and very occasionally my feet knees below. I however know there IS NO cobweb and the sensation in hence worrying me. it feels annoying and affects my continuity of doing things. it is also worrying me that there is a serious underlying neurological problem and this is just a beginning of something much more serious.

These are known as paresthesias or tactile hallucinations, and they are non-specific in nature.

These would resolve on own in a few days.

Vitamin B12 deficiency should be excluded.
