Question : when ever i used to getup early in the morning i ueed to suffer from cold and cough it vanishes in the afternoon i am unable to diagnise the problem from which i am effected

Hi

It seems like some inflammation of the throat. It may also be allergy.

My suggestions are as follows:
- Clean your nose and throat in the morning.
- Gargling with saline water also help
- Avoid spicy food
- Take food atleast 4 hours before sleeping
- Avoid smoking/alcohol

It may be happening as a result of gastroesophageal reflux. Thus antacid medicine may provide some relief.
