What Causes Cold, Cough And Tonsil Problem?

Question : every now and then i do have cold and cough i do have tonsilitis problem as well So could you please guide me how to go about it?

Thanks for the query.

I have read your query , reviewed your medications and understand your concern.

After reading your clinical history it appears that you are most probably having
recurrent upper respiratory tract infection (URTI) due to allergy .

If I were your treating Doctor for this case , I would advice you
Plenty of fluids ,
Antiseptic chlorhexidine Mouth Wash twice daily like triguard for recurrent tonsillitis ,
Steam Inhalation twice daily,
Saline nasal spray thrice daily like solspre &
Antihistaminic levocetirizine + Montelukast combination tab like Romilast L10 /Montek LC at night.
You need to continue this till allergy subside .

You will get relief .

You will need to see your doctor to get a prescription.
