Brief Answer:
all problems are interrelated

Detailed Answer:
Namaskar !

Thanks for your query.

There is past history of cough, cold, stomach problem and loose motions::
Your daughter is 2 years old. The problem in a child of this age are different than the adults.
Most of the children develop infection in the throat, they can not expectorate it out like adults can do. So they swallow the infected material. Once this reaches the intestines they develop stomach problems such as pain, loose motions , vomiting and so on. There is something called as tummy tonsils- this means the infection in the intestines goes to the lymph nodes in the abdomen.

This may be the reason in your daughter.
That is why the typical present history of fever, vomiting, not taking food and looking dull. There must be reactivation of the infection I explained.

In such a child , I would advise:
Hemogram, Blood Widal for typhoid;
Urine tests
Stool tests : routine , microscopy, culture sensitivity.
Ultrasonography of the abdomen, particularly for the lymph nodes and associated problems as may be detected.

All these investigations will lead to the proper diagnosis and lead to a proper treatment management.
Continue this course for minimum 7 days and your Doctor/ Pediatrician will change/ add the antibiotics as per the reports. You may take a second opinion of a Pediatric Surgeon as you are in XXXXXXX

Better to give paracetamol alone in place of combiflam as she is vomiting.

In addition to the treatment already being given, You can request for therapeutic doses of Vitamin A and D. This helps to avid further attacks of old and cough in many patients of her age.

I hope I have tried my best to give you proper understanding and solution to the problem. Just follow this, your Princes will be fine sooner.

Feel free to ask further id you need any clarifications .
