Brief Answer:
Can be related to MS.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for posting your query.
The feeling of coldness in the bones can be related to MS. It can be due to Vitamin B12 deficiency or low levels of Vitamin D3. Getting the blood levels checked will help.
There is nothing to be panicky. Taking the proper supplements and a healthy diet with moderate exercise and exposure to sun will help in decreasing the symptoms over next few days.
I hope this answers your query.
In case you have additional questions or doubts, you can forward them to me, and I shall be glad to help you out.
