Question : Hi, I am a 52 year old female, usually pretty healthy, have been working hard this week at my desk, and 2 days ago I thought the a/c was blowing on me because my left arm and back of my neck was getting really cold. The cold spot started at the back of the neck and on my left arm (back tricep area) but now the cold spot is still at my tricep and is starting to move down the elbow and at the front of my forearm just beneath the elbow.
Hi, I am trying to determine whether I should go to urgent care or the emergency room.
Is anyone there?
ok, i thought WebMD was legit, and that someone was really on line. Please tell me if anyone is there.

                                    Brief Answer:
Visit the ER
Detailed Answer:
Thanks for asking on HealthcareMagic.
I have gone carefully through your query and understand your concerns. It seems that a muscle spasm has been precipitated by the cold temperatures. I think it would be a good idea to visit the urgent care/ER.
I am sorry that your question was on hold so long. Usually the questions get answered in an hour or two. I am sorry that you had to wait longer.
Let me know if I could help further.
Regards
