Question : Cold feet for a 51 year Age Male in the winter months. I live in Canada
Brief Answer:
Keep them warm with woolen socks and shoes.
Detailed Answer:
Dear Sir, Hi! there can be many reasons for it. As such , winters are very cold in Canada. besides, there can be hypothyroidism, there can be ischemia due to atherosclerosis, there can be neuropathy due to diabetes, or multivitamin deficiency. so first thing is to keep them warm using woolen cover, then we think of the reason. if thyroid is normal, no diabetes, then supplement calcium, vitamin D, Vitamin B12, also get a arterial doppler to rule out ischemia. you can even add aspirin, pentoxyphylline or cilastazole. Regards!
