What Causes Cold Feet?

Question: My left foot is freezing and im worried its my back issue.

I have read your questions. Freezing of feet can be due to blood circulation problem or nerve issue. It can be due to extreme cold weather. In your question I would like to know little detail of your illness so that I can understand and help you in better way.
1.Since when you are having these symptoms?
2.Can you see any bluish or red colour on the feet?
3.Do you able to move your toes or not?

I have had these symptoms for three weeks. I previously had a lumbar decompression l3-s1 both sides. I had a nerve stimulator implant april 2015. My foot is not blue or discolored.

Hello,
I haves studied your case and I think that freezing of your feet is due to nerve compression in the spine. As you said that in past also you are having nerve compression history, I think that your disease has progressed now. So I would suggest you following.
1.Get fresh MRI to see if there is progression of the disease. If disc herniation is more then 80 % you might need surgery.
2.Tablet Pregabalin M tablet should be taken at night time.
3.Hot water fomentation of the feet, making sure that it is not very hot.
