Question : I'm having a problem
in my finger tips and they are always cold. Im 88 years old. What can I do.they are numb my two thumbs and forefinger tips are numb.

I have gone through your query with diligence and would like you to know that I am here to help. There can be many causes for your presentation sir, but the most obvious cause is poor blood circulation that could be resulting from a deficiency or abnormality somewhere.

As you have mentioned being on vitamin B supplements, I would like to comment on the same by saying that vitamin B complex is responsible for maintaining good health of your blood vessels and if at all there is a deficiency this can result in poor blood vessel health. This in turn can result in poor blood circulation and delivery.

I would thus recommend re-checking your vitamin B level and correcting them with more intensive methods (like supplement injections for better delivery and rapid correction).

Along with this I would also recommend checking your cardiac profile, blood pressure, blood glucose levels, and blood coagulation profile to rule out/confirm more serious causes and address them accordingly (if required).
