Brief Answer:
Mild viral infection.

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Thanks for your query at HCM
I am Dr Sheetal Verma answering to your query.

Yes, it looks like a mild viral infection like rhinovirus, coronavirus, seasonal influenza or human respiratory syncytial virus infection. There is nothing to worry. Usually these infection cause fever, mailase and dry cough. But get your complete haemogram, malaria smear and Widal test done.

Under your physician guidance you can collect throat swab and send for routine microscopy and culture for bacterial aerobic and anaerobic infection.

These infections are usually self limiting.

Just take antihistamines like cetrizine , oral decongestant and non steroidal anti inflammatory drugs can be added. Do gargles with chlirhexidine mouth was 4-5 times/day. Monitor your BP properly as it is quite raised it is unrelated to present problem. You can visit a cardiologist for evaluation as you may be having essential hypertension.

I hope I answered your query.

Brief Answer:
Yes you can get it at pharmacy

Detailed Answer:
Hi again
Yes both cetrizine and chlorhexidine can be purchased as over the counter drugs from pharmacy. As your BP is raised you can take amlodipine 5 mg and atenolol 50 mg once daily after breakfast. No there is no such interference with these drugs of omega 3. You must take 1000mg per day only not 5000 mg. Get your cardiac evaluation done as it is required from a cardiologist.

You are welcome for a follow-up query.

Thank you

Brief Answer:
No not seem to be related

Detailed Answer:
Don't worry your BP is not too raised just on the higher end of normal range.
Monitor BP If you have high continuously Get your cardiac evaluation done as you may require anti hypertensives and it seems unrelated to infection.
Heart rate is also within normal limits.
Adopt life style modifications walk briskly for about 45 min and no junk or oily food. Practice meditation like yoga.
As you are having discomfort in chest it could be gastro esophageal reflux related in certain infections you can take pantaprazole tablet before sleeping. If gastric related discomfort it will help you. But if pain increases in coughing it could be pleural related and you may require X Ray. You must also get your full cardiac evaluation done. Just start calcium and Vitamin D.supplements also daily.

Take care.
Don't worry.
