Question: My right arm appears cold much of the time particularly when I am sitting. When I move around the coldness goes away. Any idea what is the cause of this?

Brief Answer:
Marginal insufficiency of blood flow

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

Welcome and thanks for your query.
I understand your concern.
The cold feeling is often related to decrease in the blood flow to the skin.
It is probable that you have a marginal decrease in the skin blood flow of your right arm when you are resting. When you move about, the exercise makes your blood circulation more and your skin gets sufficient blood to be warm.
If you have no contraindication a baby aspirin a day might help in relieving the symptom.
If it does not, it would be better to see a doctor, have yourself examined and tested to know the extent of the problem and take remedial measures.
Best wishes,
