I would like to know since when you are experiencing this?
Is there any history of medical illness like diabetes or hypotension?

I will mention few causes that you can discuss with your consulting doctor.
Diabetic neuropathy (damage to nerve secondary to diabetes).
Inadequate hydration status & electrolyte imbalance of the body.
Peripheral neuropathy caused due to any fluctuation in blood pressure level.

It's a full pain and a cold sensation in my lower left side meaning under my rib cage erea and going round a little towards my lower back left side
