Question : What would cause the top of my foot to feel cool? I have Type 2 diabetes.

Diabetic patients, especially longstanding diabetics can have autonomic neuropathy, a condition where the protective reflexes that regulate the temperature of extremities ( there by keeping our extremities warm) are impaired. It can result in cold extremities, feeling of cold etc.
