First of all thanks for choosing Healthcaremagic for posting your query.
Your symptoms could be due to either Infections , Hormonal imbalance, or Vitamin Deficiencies.
I need to know whether there was any fever when you had sweats or when you felt hot . Also I want you to get your Blood pressure checked and let me know .
I think you can travel but do let me know these details fast.
Will be looking forward for your response.

Thank you. My blood pressure is normal. Yes I have been a bit feverish and nauseous, but not all the time. I thought a virus to start with. No flu symptoms or cold symptoms though like sore throat or cough. I am generally active however 5 mins. on rowing machine this morning was enough, and didn't go for usual walk.

Brief Answer:
It's Viral Infection
Detailed Answer:
HI XXXXXXX
You seem to be having an Infection , that too most likely a Viral ( though the possibilities of Hormonal imbalance, or Vitamin Deficiencies can't be ruled out but they seem less likely )
I advise you to take Combiflam ( get a prescription from your doctor ) and use it for 2-3 days , that will take care of your problems .
If still problem persists get the following tests done and revert back .
Complete Hemogram, Serum Vitamin B12, D3 and Serum TSH .
Hope this information was useful to you .
Any clarifications feel free to ask .
Regards.
