Brief Answer:
Night sweats can indicate a lymphoma.

Detailed Answer:
Hello!

Thank you for the query.

Do you have any other symptoms like fever, cough, enlarged lymph nodes?

Night sweats can be a symptom of lymphoma or other cancer type. It can not be ignored, especially if an antibiotic does not help.
Cough, weakness, weight loss slight fever can be also present with lymphoma.

I suggest you to consult your doctor once again. Blood work, chest x-ray, abdominal ultrasound should be done at first.

Hope this will help. Feel free to ask further questions.
Regards.
