Question: Well as advised I took half a satchel of cyborgs and thank goodness I only took half on Monday, well I have been passing thin sticky "snakes" coiled in my toilet, twice in a morning and still cold sweating through 3and4 night t-shirts. On Wednesday I opened my bowels three times and had to use the bidet three times to clean myself, by this time my irregular heartbeat was worse and I was very breathless, I called my GP and the receptionist advised me to get an ambulance, the arrived at speed could hardly get their stickers to stick to my wet body but finally they got a reading and didn't like my heartbeat, my breathlessness so they gave me oxygen, after a little while my breathing got better,I was still cold sweating and they took me to Croydon University Hospital where they ran a barrage of tests and found my heart, and lungs were working as well as expected except for a few crackles at the bottom of my lungs, blood pressure was128/70 pulse 68 oxygen 95/97 so they claimed the Crohn's and sent me home after my second blood tests So now I have told you my story I am still in need of a laxative that won't
have me freezing cold with sweat pouring of me while my heart tries to jump out of my chest and leaves me gulping for air! Can you help? Please feel free to read my profile that I hope I up loaded.

Brief Answer:
you can try bisacodyl containing laxative

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for posting in HCM.
From what you have described here it looks that you must be requiring to strain at stools a lot.
Sweating, paliptations, flushing is seen when there is vagal stimulation which occurs if you strain hard for stools which causes increased abdominal pressure and the symptoms you mentioned.
You need to have a easy bowel movement without much straining.
Movicol is like an iso osmotic laxative which may need straining.
I would like to advice you to take laxative containing bisacodyl. It comes with trade name dulcolax in XXXXXXX You need to find out from your pharmacy in your area what is the trade name.
Whenever you feel constipated and need to evacuate your bowels you should take 2 tablets in night for clean bowel movements the next morning.
Try this tablet and I hope it will surely help you without causing the problems you mentioned.
If you have any questions kindly ask me back will be happy to answer them.
Thank you
