Yes, neither of these problems requires sexual contact.

I am sorry to hear that your husband is having such a rough time.

Neither colitis nor scabies require sexual contact to get them. Scabies can happen among school children and their teacher, for example.

Is his colitis from an infection? I see that he is on an antibiotic. Or does he have ulcerative colitis or Crohn's inflammatory bowel as the cause of his colitis?
