Brief Answer:
Consideration

Detailed Answer:
thank you for sending the question.

It is important for us to consider a possible underlying coagulation disorder which might be contributing to the issues with pregnancy.

if you have copies of blood tests which have been done recently this might be a good thing to review. You can upload these and I can look at them and give you some interpretation.

I can appreciate that this is a very frustrating and stressful situation. It is important that you continue to provide support until everything is discussed and reviewed in a medical sense. She would probably benefit from a consultation with a reproductive endocrinologist. This type of doctor has expertise in determining what issues might be going on in a female who is having difficulty maintaining pregnancy.

if there is some type of hormone imbalance this doctor might be able to provide some help. Some sophisticated testing can be done to rule out a possible quite elation disorder which might be preventing the pregnancy from progressing.

Of course there are some other more rare disorders which could be causing a problem but this should be approached in a stepwise fashion with a good primary care physician in partnership with a good reproductive doctor.

Thank you for sharing your health care concern with us. I hope we can continue to provide you with some helpful information.
