Question : I am exhibiting extreme compulsive scraping of my face and grinding of my teeth after over consumption of alcohol. I have also lost a considerable amount of weight recently

The symptoms you are facing looks like a partial seizure secondary to over consumption of alcohol

Here is how you should go about it

1. Stop consuming excess alcohol, drink in moderation
2. check your sugars as most of the times sugar values will be very high after alcohol consumption which leads to similar issues
3. approach a neurologist for a cat scan and eeg if this problem persists
