Brief Answer:
Possible TIA

Detailed Answer:
Hi and welcome.

This may be a specific neurological issue such as transitory ischemic attack or the so called TIA which is caused by reduced blood flow to the brain through the carotid vessels(the large vessels passing through your neck).

So, it would be really beneficial if you please get Doppler ultrasound done of the carotid arteries and CT scan of head to rule this out, especially since this had happened before too.

Feel free to ask further.

Wish you good health.
Regards
